On the community front Jim Toner of Jim Toners Wealth Builders is the Executive Director of the Hope Lives Foundation, an organization designed to provide aid and Hope to the "invisible" people who slip through the cracks. It was during his efforts with the Hope Lives Foundation that Jim noticed the plight of returning veterans. Noticing that 1 in every 4 homeless were veterans, Jim called attention to the plight by giving away debt free homes to veterans in both 2005 and 2007. In addition Jim is the advisory board chair for the Salvation Army in Mckeesport Pa, and a proud member of Frank McKinney's, Caring House Foundation. Through his work with Caring House, Jim and his wife Allison have provided homes in Haiti for the most desperately poor.

As someone who barley graduated high school and never attended College, Jim Toner is a cheerleader for the power of what CAN be done. Having studied success his entire life and being surrounded and guided by people such as Frank Mckinney, Charlie "TREMENDOUS " Jones and Bill Bartmann, Jim believes that everyone has an entrepreneur inside waiting to be released and teaches this belief daily.
